Plastema specializes in plastic processing. We have been continuously and passionately involved in injection molding for over 30 years. We used to produce many various plastic parts for companies of different business profiles, including the household appliances, electronics, electrotechnical and advertising industries.

We process materials from mass (PP,PE) to technical materials such as POM, PBT, PA (also with fillers), ABS, PS, PC, PC+ABS, PVC and plastic-wood WPC composites (allowing for injection of up to 70% of wood).

We own a modern and automated machinery park. Thanks to this, we can take care of the precision and repeatability of the parts we produce. The production processes are carried out under the supervision of a qualified and experienced team.

What we offer is:
– a production of finished plastic parts based on entrusted to us injection molds
– a project development and production of new details using injection molds made for the particular project

At the moment, the machinery park consists of 14 injection molding machines. The clamping force of them is from 60 to 250 tons. Our injection molding machines are equipped with bimetallic screw systems (for processing of filled materials), PVC injection units and with such peripheral devices as: thermostats, dryers, hopper loaders, regulators of heated channels.

We have our own tool shop thanks to which we are able to perform inspections and current repairs of injection molds what makes the continuity of production possible.
